We understand that ordering shoes online isn't always easy and, even when you follow all instructions, there's no real way of knowing whether the shoes will be the right fit for you until you try them on.

Upon receipt of your Harmony 783 Grounding Shoes, please try them on for the first time inside only and ensure that you are wearing a clean pair of socks. We only offer exchanges on as-new shoes and will not exchange any shoes that show signs of wear and tear or outside wear. 

Need to swap for a different size? No problem!

Simply return your as-new, unworn Harmony 783 Grounding Shoes to us at the address below within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost back to Earthing Oz. 

We include a return form in the box with the shoes so please complete the return form and send it back to us with your shoes. If you do not have a return form, please include a note in your returned parcel with the following information. 

1. Name

2. Earthing Oz Order No. (#N__________)

3. New EU Size Required. Please consult the EU sizes on our website

4. Any special instructions

Please send your Harmony 783 shoe box back to us in an outer carton or satchel. DO NOT AFFIX AN ADDRESS LABEL DIRECTLY TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE HARMONY SHOE BOX. Doing so means that we can not return the shoes back to stock and you will incur a $10 charge to cover the cost of a new box.

We will swap the Harmony 783 Grounding Shoes for the new size you have requested (subject to stock availability) and will post out a new pair with free shipping. This is applicable on your first exchange only. Any subsequent exchanges will be subject to a standard shipping fee of $12.
